LAPAN Organizes Organizational Culture Health Survey

"In its Strategic Plans (Rencana Strategis, Renstra) of 2015-2019, LAPAN is determined to become the Center of Excellence in the field of Aeronautics and Space. Currently, LAPAN continues to make it happen. It began with the existence of 3 (three) LAPAN work units that have been declared as Center of Excellence of Science and Technology (Pusat Unggulan Iptek, PUI) by The Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The centers are Atmospheric Science and Technology Center, Remote Sensing Technology and Data Center (Pustekdata) and Remote Sensing Utilization Center (Pusfatja) ".
This was delivered by The Chairman of LAPAN, Thomas Djamaluddin, in his opening speech at the socialization and survey of organizational culture measurement on Thursday (24/05), Antariksa Room, LAPAN headquarters. Thomas further explained that such activity aimed to evaluate, assess, and improve some of the organizational culture development programs that have been conducted. He also hoped that with the survey and measurement of organizational culture, the results can help in formulating the policy on the 2020-2024 Strategic Plans.
Currently, LAPAN has established agents of change and agents of culture that are expected to have a positive influence on themselves and the organization. The role of the agent is very important in building awareness in each work unit so that the various organizational culture programs that have been set can run well.
In this activity, LAPAN invites all employees in the work unit to be able to contribute to the health survey of organizational culture in LAPAN environment by filling the survey at the following link https://www.research.net/r/ochi_lapan2018. The filing limit of the survey is May 31, 2018, at 23:59 pm.
Such survey is to find out the characteristics of the self-employee-culture that exist in LAPAN and to find out LAPAN organizational culture from the perspective of employees. So that there will be an input for the organization in building an organizational culture that aligns with the challenges and needs of the organization in the future.
