Implementation of ITSM and ISMS

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT SERVICE MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT

In the case of implementing an ISO 20000-1: 2011 information technology management service system, the Head of Pusticology is committed to implementing it in the following manner:

  1. Review and approve the Management of Information Technology Services (IT) in the form of this Policy, together with support in the implementation of information technology management systems within the Pusticpan environment;
  2. Define the tasks and responsibilities specified in the Information Technology Service Management (MLTI);
  3. Ensure that coordination of the implementation of Information Technology Management Services (MLTI) has been conducted periodically through periodic evaluation processes;
  4. Ensure that all Field / Sub Division / Sub-Section knows and understands the existence of Information Technology Service Management and supports such activities, in the case of resource provision, in the Pusticut environment;
  5. Establish and meet service needs as performance indicators of Information Technology Services Management;
  6. Make continuous improvement to the performance of Information Technology Services Management;
  7. Implement governance in conjunction with the implementation of the Information Technology Management Service consistently and effectively.


COMMITMENT SYSTEM MANAGEMENT SECURITY INFORMATION PUSTIKPAN

Manajemen Pustikpan memiliki komitmen atas penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Informasi. Realisasi atas komitmen yang diberikan diantaranya :

  1. Ensure that information security policies and targets are aligned with the business direction and strategy of the Institute;
  2. Ensure the integration of the implementation of the Information Security Management System with other business processes in Pustikpan;
  3. Ensure an understanding of the Information Security Management System to all Pusticpan workers through socialization and training activities;
  4. Ensuring the implementation of the Information Security Management System to achieve predetermined objectives;
  5. Ensure all business support parties contribute to the implementation of the Information Security Management System;
  6. Always comply with all relevant information security rules and regulations applicable in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia and the territories where the work is performed;
  7. Ensure continuous improvement of the Implementation of the Information Security Management System.
